In a move that’s making headlines worldwide, Hollywood star Angelina Jolie is reportedly preparing to sell her historic Los Angeles estate with plans to relocate overseas.
Angelina Jolie to Leave Hollywood? Star Plans to Sell $24.5M Mansion and Start a New Life Abroad

According to reports, Jolie purchased the lavish property in 2017 for $24.5 million. Built in 1913 and once owned by legendary filmmaker Cecil B. DeMille, the stunning mansion boasts six bedrooms, ten bathrooms, formal gardens, a tea house, a wine cellar, four fireplaces, a swimming pool, and breathtaking views of the Griffith Observatory.
Sources close to the actress claim that Jolie intends to make the move once her youngest children, twins Knox and Vivienne, turn 18 in July 2026. Until then, the “Maleficent” star is said to be preparing the property for sale, with minor renovations already underway.
While she has yet to confirm her future destination, Jolie has previously expressed her love for Cambodia, calling it the one place that feels like home in her heart. However, insiders suggest she is considering multiple locations abroad for her new chapter.

The decision comes months after her divorce from Brad Pitt was finalized in late 2024, marking the end of a lengthy legal battle over custody and assets.
